Yes, You can. Select child seat option when booking your trip and make sure to add more information on “Notes to driver” sections such as how many child seats you require, the age of the children.

Children to travel on an approved child seat is NOT mandatory in Sri Lanka. However, to minimize the risk of an unexpected event, we highly recommend you to book a child car seat.

LRS Car Hires use 100% no-emission electric cars. These cars may need to recharge every 400Km depending on traffic conditions. All the time we try to make sure that no waiting time for our customers during this battery re-charging time.

You can either switch to a different car at our re-charging points or you can enjoy the beauty of nearby mesmerising attractions of Sri Lanka while your car re-charged. We have re-charging points conveniently located all major cities and near to attractions.

Best of all you will not be charged while your car is re-charged. Average recharging time would be 20-30 minutes.

Normally airport pickup charges would be USD 3 + waiting charges. You can avoid airport waiting charges completely, with our “where is my driver” email notification feature. All you have to do is provide your email address at the time of booking.

We can send you a google map location of our ECO TAXI and direction to walk to ECO TAXI when you land on Colombo airport. We will send you this information as an email. (Talk to our booking team for more information.)

We have service switching points in Colombo, Katunayaka Airport, Negambo, Katana, Kuluyapitiya, Galle, Chilaw, Kandy and Kurunagala. If you are traveling over 100Km we may switch cars on above locations for charging or you can choose to wait 30-40 minutes (Waiting charges will not be applied for this) util your car re-charged.
